Users can rent a charger via the JumpStart mobile app from any kiosk and return it to any other kiosk within the city once their device has been sufficiently charged.

How does JumpStart work?

1. Open the JumpStart application and locate the nearest kiosk
2. Scan the QR code on the chosen charging unit to unlock a portable charger
3. Once your phone's battery is replenished, return the charger to any JumpStart kiosk available within the city
